SINA has developed an investment plan focused on people, with the goal of expanding and integrating the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) within the company.
Investment in training has supported the gradual adoption of a more integrated and systemic approach to project management, based on shared digital models, interdisciplinary interoperability, and traceability of information throughout the entire lifecycle of the asset.
This transformation has affected not only the tools used but also the methods of collaboration among teams and the governance of design processes.
As part of the evolution of its business processes, SINA has also obtained BIM (Building Information Modeling) certification according to the UNI/PdR 74:2019 practice, issued by ICMQ following a positive audit. The certification covers the design and management of infrastructure works.
This achievement is part of a broader strategy of integration between management systems, particularly with ISO 9001, strengthening the effectiveness of processes related to the asset lifecycle and contributing to the efficiency of business activities.
