Industrialization in the processes of construction and maintenance of underground infrastructures: planning and use of equipment and innovative materials
SINA takes part in the SIG Conference – Expo Ferroviaria dedicated to the maintenance of underground infrastructures.
The Conference, organized by SIG in the setting of the Expo Ferroviaria showcase, offers two sessions dedicated to explaining the industrialization of construction processes both in the area of new works and in the maintenance and enhancement of existing works.
On September 30, SINA, along with Alpina and Pini Swiss Engineers, presents a paper titled “Interventions of structural restoration of existing tunnels: surveys, monitoring, planning and construction”, which describes the technologies and methodologies adopted for assessing the integrity of the tunnels and the related restoration interventions to resolve safety concerns linked to the detected defects.
