Roberto Arditi, SINA S.p.A. – ASTM Group, featured in LeStrade magazine with the editorial “La strada della resilienza” [The road to resilience] published at the beginning of the July 2022 issue.
The editorial addresses the issue of ageing infrastructure networks, but it was also an opportunity to mention the research conducted by the ASTM Group to evaluate the safety of structures and infrastructure. The article announces that a book edited by SINA on this very topic will soon be available and will explain all the results, efforts and contributions that many colleagues have made towards the common goal of better understanding the behaviour and safety of beams in use, starting from important real-life experiences on two beams subjected to load tests until failure. Another small step on the road to resilience.
