SINA at GIC 2026: monitoring and the future of infrastructure

On 17 April 2026, during the GIC – Italian Concrete Days event at Piacenza Expo, SINA will take part in a technical discussion focusing on the evolution and maintenance of major infrastructure projects.

Mr Michele Mori, Director of Asset Monitoring & Management at SINA, will give a presentation entitled: “The ASTM Group’s experience in structural monitoring: lessons learnt and future expectations”. During the session, the evolution of monitoring will be illustrated: from the traditional approach of ad hoc diagnosis to a comprehensive network surveillance strategy. Thanks to the development of control systems and the integration of advanced technologies, we are now able to manage complex and heterogeneous data flows.

SINA is participating in the conference with the aim of sharing its know-how to foster the growth of adaptive and interoperable solutions, promoting key benefits such as scalability, process optimisation and advanced predictive models.
