SINA Takes Center Stage at the 2026 FABRE Conference in Rome

SINA is sponsoring and actively participating in the 3rd FABRE National Conference, scheduled to take place in Rome from 16 to 19 February 2026 at the Auditorium della Tecnica. The initiative is a key event for institutions, academia and industry operators to discuss the main challenges related to the safety, maintenance and management of existing infrastructure assets.

SINA’s presence is not limited to supporting the event: the Group’s contribution will also be central on a technical and scientific level. SINA professionals will participate in thematic sessions, sharing case studies, operational experiences and innovative methodological approaches developed within the ASTM Group.

Specifically, the scheduled presentations will include:

18 February, Day III, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Round table discussion: ‘Design and implementation of safety measures for existing tunnels’
Gianluca Bordi (SINA) will participate in the debate, contributing the Group’s views on the resilience of infrastructure networks and the evolution of guidelines for structural monitoring.

19 February, Day IV, 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Presentation of the ‘Design & Construction Management’ reports
Luca Mari (SINA) and Alfonso Ratti (ITINERA) will give a technical presentation focusing on the integrated coordination between design and construction, a key element of the operating model.

19 February, Day IV, 14:15 a.m. – 16:30 a.m.
Technical seminar on the practical aspects of the Guidelines for risk classification and management, safety assessment and monitoring of existing bridges
