05 Oct 2021 The future of mobility and opportunities for the digitalization of roads
On September 20, 2021, SINA, the project manager of the European ITS Platform, organized the fifth webinar on the topic of mobility and the digitalization of roads.
The event was planned in collaboration with the secretaries-general of CEDR (Conference of European Directors of Roads) and ASECAP (European Association of Operators of Toll Road Infrastructures). Massimiliano Salini, honorable member of the European Parliament’s Committee on Transport, described the chief policies of Europe. Ewa Ptaszynska represented the European Commission (DG MOVE) and contributed to a lively debate led by SINA with the other organizers and other high-ranking representatives of the European organizations IRU and UITP. Some of the greatest European experts in the field of mobility and digitalization provided a framework for the subject. The European institutions welcomed the debate as a part of European Mobility Week.
